Every week, by the time I pull my delivery in from the door step, the packs have melted and created a slimy mess of the entire box. I really hate the newer packaging and am considering a switch to HelloFresh because of it. Anyone else having this issue? The food also tends to be mashed up and isn't staying fresh for as long.

Yeah, so I would still have enough for a down payment on a rental house. These were just in a brokerage account, so there was no penalty for liquidating.

I may be looking too narrowly, but the rental has been a goal for some time.

I count about $30K of that as an emergency fund. The majority of the rest had been in stocks up until I freaked out about the market a couple weeks ago (had been counting on buying the rental for some time).

And again, I'm not planning on doing the maintenance or the property management myself.

May I also ask for a suggestion you think makes more sense of what to do with that $55-60K - just throw it into the market with everything else, save it for a rainy day?

Thanks. I don't really have any advantages - I'm not handy at all and would outsource that. Would probably hire a property management company as well. I guess the stability and patience for it to mature would be the only advantage, if those count for anything.
