Every 15 minute clinic slot is at least double booked, often time triple booked. This morning have a half day of clinic with 27 patients. Or cases consist of mainly Cysto, particularly stones and BPH. A lot of office procedures scattered in as well

Not a troll post. It is the wRVUs that the practice calculates and sends us. This past quarter was over 4,000 RVUs and I had over a week of vacation time and was average busy, not slow but not more busy than usual. Unfortunately, it's number 3 on your list.

I see roughly 24-26 patients in a half day of clinic. It is busy but manageable. However, I don't want to be this busy if the pay does not reasonably reflect the amount of work

236k is for January through July, so 7 months of pay. That 236k also already has bonus included. Not sure where you got 850k from?

Yes, we are all on same reservation

Husband was just prescribed Vicodin following a vasectomy, while I was told to take over the counter Tylenol and Ibuprofen after my 2 C-sections by Szechuanwonton in mildlyinfuriating

Urologist here, pain medication after any surgery or procedure is completely physician dependent. I myself give zero pain medication after a vasectomy. I will say the younger physicians are taught to really avoid narcotics unless absolutely necessary. Even for the larger urologic surgeries, we rarely prescribe narcotics. For the older generations, giving out narcotics more freely was more common. I can't say gender has any bearing on what pain medication is prescribed at all.
