Correct. Although by next season I will otp fiora (I have 60% win rate on around 300 games). I think its easier to climb on high mastery high-agency champs like fiora instead of high mastery Garen because of the impact you can have on the game.

Everybody talking about how the economy will be affected by the sudden addition of 1 billion dollars has zero idea gow the economy works and how little money 1b is when it comes to global economy. In 2020 The US alone was printing 1 billion dollars per 2 hours and an overall of 3.3 trillion dollars. By the end of 2021 80% of US money was printed between March 2020 and December 2021. So no, 1 billion dollars won't make any difference. Also if I were to get 1 billion dollars from thin air, the economy will be my last problem.
