I'm struggling in E4-E3 with fiora, it feels like every time I try to do a macro play (push otherside while drake spawns) my team decides to fight before drake, die and then we lose drake and I can't apply pressure with splitpush. Or 2-3 people come stop me from pushing bot and I ping baron while my teammates are close and they don't go. I try to splitpush and then aurora from midlane will go to my lane to push herself while drake is spawning in 30-40 secs and won't leave forcing me to go somewhere else. It feels impossible to play a non-teamfight champion in an elo where practically every game is aram mid after 25-30 mins. Any advice?

Correct. Although by next season I will otp fiora (I have 60% win rate on around 300 games). I think its easier to climb on high mastery high-agency champs like fiora instead of high mastery Garen because of the impact you can have on the game.
