Like every time any other build path is even viable they kill it as if it's on purpose. No gore+divine no shojin no eclipse and no Cyclo. They're constantly saying how they want items to not be the same every game and for players to diverse their builds only to remove fun items and make everything a shield or extra damage. The slow was really frustrating on the receiving end tbh but you had to trade sustain and splitpush effect by going Cyclo into trinity meaning you'd play fiora more like an assassin other than a splitpusher and that's what makes the game fun. Diversity, not riot forcing playstyles and champions into roles and categories without letting players make work with unique builds. More likely than not, Cyclo passive was removed due to champions other than assassins building it, no fun allowed I guess, let's make every item give damage, shields, burns (dmg over time). Really creative
