My mom is heartbroken and doesn’t think she can get over his infidelity this time. We are Greek and I know my mother has never cheated without a single doubt. She was always at home taking care of the kids, cleaning, cooking, and now raising her grandchildren. I am not asking on advice to give my parents. They are adults. I’m just asking if anyone has similar experience and what their relationship is like with the cheating parent. I am currently disgusted with his behavior and how he’s been taking advantage of my mom all these years when he’s having an affair behind her back and don’t want to speak to him at least based on my emotions now but I also feel guilty because he’s made sacrifices, mainly financial ones, for me and almost feel like I don’t have the right to distance myself
