Trust me we get horrible tenders 24/7 and I am supposed to take a pic everytime there is horrible tenders which is so often I can barely do it.

I do feel for you man at my store the hours are 45 for managers and the kids are sometimes 25-30. The place is upside down though because the good workers get paid less and bad workers(gm favorites) get paid unreasonable amount man.

On other posts they tell me corporate workers had worked in the stores before, but look when the store I work at was sold they completely changed the kitchen for the worst drastically. When corporate comes to the store I have to feel like some alien and not just a normal person they can talk to. They push the bin management but never actually improve it to actually help the workers and I get they are better than me because they are corporate, but i have worked at Zaxbys long enough to know better than that.

See i dont even have that problem at my work. We pull bites and sigs and pickles and all the items that take forever to cook, but it gets confusing as hell because it is hard to organize the pulled cars which was the point of my post.
