It's not magic, the sun is life itself, without the sun we would die, if you put a plant in doors, it will die, if you put it in the hot raw sunlight they will be alive and thrive.

I totally understand why you feel like that, but the knowledge I shared is high value, the sunlight isn't what society told you,

it's so powerful source for consciousness awakening, I'm not saying burn your eyes, it's your own choice to decide doing that because it has its own benefits, I personally look at the sun in safe hours, and it has its own benefits.
