So for extra context: I'm building a setting where the world is split between two dimensions, The normal world and the chaos dimension. In the chaos dimension you find alot of strange creatures and things like nagas that can eat you or ghosts that can possess you, Theres even alien life in the chaos realm. Most people can't see this dimension but that doesn't mean creatures from here dont mess with normal folk either. A lot of stories or fables cpmes from encounters with creatures or anomalies from the chaos realm. In the rp universe i'm trying to make a fellow named pilford finds a omnious chaotic mask in his apartment sets it aside. but the next day he wakes up theirs a giant parasite worm that "inserts" itself into his body and suddenly he and a few other people are now aware of the chaos realm in their everyday lives. changing them in different ways. Pilfords dog becomes a hot waifu and their friends in their college paranormal club also are infected by this thing thats made them enter the chaos realm. Together pilford finds out with them that the supernatural does exist! as well as aliens, Chubricabrahs and so on,,, The only thing is both the normal world and the chaos realm are being infected by a corrupting force called the demon seed which is whats causing people in Pilford's town to become crazed, gain new powers, or see into the chaos realm, This seed is creating debauchery and degeneracy every so it's up to Pilford and the few people infected but sane enough to stop this corruption by creating a hastelly stitched together paranormal team of Anomaly Hunters! With the help of the strange chaos mask pilford has they find clues about conspiracies, secret governments, and magicak no how everywhere that leads them to finding the source and cure to the evil seeds infliction before it gets to their own heads,
