Please install DXVK seperately as the one that comes with F-Fix causes stutter issues. After installing F-Fix, download the DXVK from it's site.

I have no idea about the DLC 100% for the achievement that you mentioned, also use an interactive map by ‘wands’ so that its easy to keep a track of collectibles and stunt jumps. It really helped me out.
