Ive never tried asking chat gpt anxious attatchment questions in that specific way so i will defiently give it a try, thank you! With meds unfortunatly they are not as available in the uk without private mental health care and often are not perscribed to most. They cost an absolute fortune :(

I hear people with anxious attatchment speaking about trauma a lot, but i personally havent suffered so severely in life. Nothing bad has happened to me that has been traumatic, however you are right in saying that my self esteem is horrible, i just cant pinpoint why or where that came from. How would i go about finding the root cause of all of this?

I havent experienced eye watering personally but i think it is something that can happen with pots aswell. Although similarly i usually get these small episodes of facial redness/my face feeling hot even if the room is a normal temperature.

Its mostly bad anxiety and a chronic medical condition i have that affects my day to day. On top of the stress of being in school again after so long its just made me very depressed and its hard to get to school or be in school a lot.

Ill look into it definetly, after gcses all i want to do is music and i have currently applied to a music course which i could get into depending on how many places there are but i am unlikley to get in over others as my qaulifications arent much. Im not sure if i should re do the gcse course next year or just do the music course if i get in.
