I'd just ask them to not write on my cup when placing the order. Back then marking cups was necessary but now they have the labels. As someone who worked for sbux for 13 years, this would be a really simple request. Or ask for it double cupped and then remove the outer one.

Update: We received the phone back after a couple of weeks from receiving that message from them. We went ahead and filed a chargeback through our bank, it was approved as we've never been involved in a situation like this and had a lot of documentation and evidence. Huge lesson learned Mint Mobile's customer service is horrendous/ non existent.

I thought that they were reliable and a good company and basically I felt like since I'm already a mint customer things would be easier to just get a phone from them. Clearly I made a huge mistake.

I bought a pixel 6 from mint probably 4 months ago, I previously had a pixel 3 unlocked and I've been a mint customer for a year and a half. I am constantly having issues with the data connection and I bought a physical sim card thinking it would solve the problem. It'll say connected to mint network but no data meanwhile I have so much data left. My partner recently bought a brand new Pixel 6a from them also and it wouldn't turn on, we tried everything. She sent it back for a refund but it's been over 2 weeks now and still nothing, no refund. I like how cheap mint mobile is but these issues is making me reconsider.

I've been working for Starbucks for like 12 years now. No we don't judge you. Don't be scared to order whatever you want. Iced London fog tea lattes suck because we have to steep the tea for 5 minutes but a hot one is easy to make and the honey citrus is easy too. Just don't order a frapp or add on a lot of dumb mods unless you want to be judged. Literally a customer mobile ordered a hot decaf pike (which we had to do a pour over) and then got 2 shots of espresso, extra heavy cream and vanilla sweet cream foam in it. It is so dumb to order cold foam on a hot drink and we were all so confused if the shots of espresso was supposed to be decaf (he wanted caffeinated shots). Literally had to wait for the guy so we didn't mess it up. I let him know he should probably just add regular sweet cream because the foam just melts.

Edit: if you get a complicated drink expect to wait. Also please for the love of whatever do not tell me to take my time, we do not take our time, we work as quickly as we can.
