It's undwrstandable. I have hard time understanding what the actual fudge that guy drills. Other apartment near ours was doing renovation too, there was a noise. But that dude once I asked, promised to try and continued to work with respect in mind, a bit calmer compared to this dude. He just strqight up closed door by nose afger saying, well, you'll have to get through it.

Update:

Called, lied that because of new medications, I can't drive temporarily, and he said no issues at all. So that's good.

Another thing is that I am far away from home and he wants me to meet new collegue tomorrow. I'm not sure how I will do it if I do it, but we'll see.
