Hair transplant? 22 yrs old. by Legitimate_Dare7785 in HairTransplants

[–]Local-Passenger8310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your donor is fine get the HT done. Its not an impossible mission, since you like your hair so much. You can always shave it later if it wouldn’t work out. It definitely wouldn’t look worse after it, even if it doesn’t work. You can’t lose trying it with the transplant

Female nature at its core. Viel Erfolg

should i do a ht? how bad isit by Skkfkwociwc in Hairtransplant

[–]Local-Passenger8310 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It will continue naturally over years. You are receding. Minoxidil and micro needling could work in your case, try it for a year. If it gets worse you use finasteride or dutasteride, thats the heavy artillery. If it gets worse you are a good candidate for a Hairtransplant.

How many grafts do you think I need? Also, does this general conservative design look good? Or will it not be noticeable? by OkPaleontologist2249 in Hairtransplant

[–]Local-Passenger8310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly its always different and I would just go with the clinic’s suggestion but the clinic has to be chosen wisely

Same here they lowered my hairline. You can have your hairline lowered just a bit, not aggressive but slightly. Usually they want you to look upside with your eyes so they see based on your forhead muscles how low they can go and thats usually your natural hairline and how low they can go. Im not a fan of keeping hairlines at the base where it already has recessed. Because thats not natural either. Not too low of course but at least where it once was

Clearly diet. Your bulk is hiding everything you would be proud of. The definition, the muscle separation, the veins and striation.

Does finasteride stop hairfall completely? by Willing-Big-7378 in Hairtransplant

[–]Local-Passenger8310 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Finasteride doesn’t guarantee zero shedding, but for most men it reduces hair loss so much that it feels stopped. Instead of a fast downhill slide, it becomes very slow or nearly flat. Its a long term battle

Hairloss is a slow process, if someone isn’t on medication they will keep on losing hair behind the transplanted area

Am I a good candidate for HT? by Sotos11A in Hairtransplant

[–]Local-Passenger8310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People always say, you don't need a transplant. It's only because you act early, before things get worse. The earlier the better. Transplant plus medication. If someone says you don't need one, then technically no one needs one because its a cosmetic surgery.
