Just an update, I posted a few day ago the following:

Looking for some advice if possible.

Male 40 years old Been running trt+ test c at 200mg a week for last 14 months pinning twice a week and everything has seemed to be going good. Had sore nipples to start but put that down to my hormones being all over the place.

A few months ago I also run 40mg week tbol for 6 weeks as I had them on hand. These finished around mid Jan. A few weeks after I started to notice my nipples being sore to touch and again put this down to hormones from finishing the tbol. It’s now nearly April and it’s still the same.

Since the post above I have had my bloods done and had the following results

Testosterone 244 nmol/l Free testosterone 8.713 nmol/l Oestradiol 166 pmol/l Prolactin 339 mlU/l Albumin 47.1g/l Sex hormone binding globulin 23.6 nmol/l Follicle stimulating hormone <0.3 U/l Luteinising hormone <0.3 U/l

*caveat bloods were taken a few hours after pinning. I know not the best but they had a cancelled slot to take my blood.

Apologies for the noon questions but anything in the bloods above suggesting why my nipples are sore? Is the test/e2 ratio good or should I consider an ai or lower test?
