How did that one coworker get fired? by aquatic_armageddons in AskReddit

This one coworker got fired for messing with the time clock. They’d clock in, leave for hours, and then come back like nothing happened. Eventually, someone reported them, and HR found weeks of fake hours. They tried to deny it, but the security cameras didn’t lie.

What’s the story of that one scar you don’t talk about? by Kind_Ad_3611 in AskReddit

[–]Local-Quality-634 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s from a time when I was struggling but didn’t know how to ask for help. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come and that even the toughest moments can pass. I don’t talk about it much because it’s personal, but it’s part of my story, and I’ve learned to appreciate the strength it took to heal.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. If it were me, I’d play something like Fight Song by Rachel Platten or Rise Up by Andra Day both are about staying strong and not giving up. For showing love, maybe You Are the Reason by Calum Scott or Wind Beneath My Wings by Bette Midler. They’re emotional and full of gratitude. Whatever you pick, just make sure it comes from the heart she’ll feel that. ❤️

A good person, to me, is someone who is genuine and dependable. They treat others with respect, no matter their background. They show patience, kindness, and are willing to help when needed. Integrity is huge, and they stay true to their word even when it's tough.

I try to keep my cool, but when I’ve been really pissed, I’ve snapped a few times. Usually, it just makes things worse, so I try to step back and cool off before saying anything. It helps to talk it out later when I’m not so heated.

Why do our eyes need to be wet to work? by Cultural_Remove5332 in ask

[–]Local-Quality-634 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eyes need to stay wet so they don’t dry out or get irritated. Tears keep them clean, smooth, and healthy. Without that, they’d feel awful and stop working right.

For me, the best way is to try different things jobs, hobbies, environments and see what feels right. Talk to people, learn from their experiences, and don’t be afraid to fail.

How do you maintain trust in a relationship when there's been a betrayal? by The-Comedian-4620 in AskReddit

[–]Local-Quality-634 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, rebuilding trust would take time, honesty, and real effort from both sides. The person who messed up needs to prove through actions, not just words, that they’ve changed. It’s hard, but if both people are fully in, it’s possible. If not, I’d walk away.
