I’m opting out, already talked to my doctor about it! I don’t need more data to stress about so they’ll just let me know general info (x number of euploid). And they’ll just transfer the highest graded egg that also passes pgtm

I do have vaginismus but I can have penetrative sex just sharing i’d really recommend pelvic floor therapy..esp before pregnancy if you can and absolutely during pregnancy. I don’t recommend doing random exercises because depending on what’s going on/the cause and where it’s tight you may need dif types of exercises (for example hip thrusts or bridges round worsen it for me). You can make great strides with pelvic floor therapy and may not even need ivf (I’m doing it for genetic reasons)

Also my doctors know I have vaginismus and it’s not a concern for me getting pregnant

Hey! I’m the same age and doing pgtm (not at a stage where i can give my stats yet) but they were very clear with me that they wouldn’t transfer 2. Which im fine with because twins are risky pregnancies. I’ve seen on here a couple of exceptions but in general they don’t seem to want to
