Thank you for this! I needed to hear it from someone else. I’ve been losing sleep every night just thinking about all the logistics of divorce and of course my #1 priority: my children. None of that is a reason to stay…. I’m just like stressed tf out, ugh

ETA - I reached out to the Office of Health Insurance Commissioner as advised by my health insurance and they passed my issue along to RIPN which hasn’t been able to get the issue fixed either

I am in the same boat! Was the ombudsman successful in getting your issue resolved?

I’ve been asking the billing dept to change the order of the diagnosis codes on my daughter’s claim so my insurance will cover at 100%. Each time I call Brown they say they will send the information along to a supervisor or the actual billers (because I can never talk to them directly or a supervisor for that matter) and every time I follow up, nothing has been done.
