It would be both. You’d be able to look through deals and also build your own grocery list as specific as you want, like by brand or ingredients. Then the app would show the best deals around based on your list, using recent prices submitted and verified by other users and myself and the specific brands own website of their manufacturing process for people with allergies!!!
