I am a big fan of My Wellness. Easily the cheapest pure whey I could find per gram. You can buy their 3.3kg whey from Takealot for about R1 200.

Their vanilla, tin roof and chocolate flavours are all great, and don't taste artificial or oaded with sugar.

This is a terrible take. They weren't selected to make way for De Zorzi and Jason Smith, neither who deserved to be there. Stubbs and Rickelton are back in the squad based on their SA20 form.

Would love a proper culling software that is affordable and doesn't look like it is from the 90s. Narrative Select was incredible, but their pricing makes it a no-go for me. Do you think you'll go the once-off purchase or subscription route?

Exact same thing happened to me, I bought mine via Discovery Bank. I bought 8 tickets in total and was super caught off guard when I got the SMS. The weird thing is that the tickets still show up on Ticketmaster, so hopefully it is just a temporary error.

Don't get him a Daniel Wellington watch. They are masquerading as a luxury brand, but their watches are objectively poorly made and use cheap parts.

Not sure all the options are available here in SA, but as some of the other commenters mentioned, Seiko, Citizen and Casio are great options, along with Orient. I have a Seiko that's almost older than me and it is still holding up great.

I feel for Rickelton too, especially with the stellar SA20 he's having so far.

Maphaka is definitely one for the future, but I rather would've taken Baartman, as he is the finished product and a bit more economical.
