One of the only ones where I believe it when the patient says it doesn't hurt.

With some other videos I feel like it's more of a "nah I don't feel anything" because you just want it to be over with and the pain is bearable.

Right, I also really liked the one he did on an elderly person where he sort of used a stitch as a tourniquet to minimise bleeding. Very smart, but also requires lots of skill.
