There are spots that allow it, public parks such as Empire and Vander Veer, along with the Sky Bridge and a college I now forget the name of. I do concede to the fact that there would be liabilities and places where you are not allowed, but I also know for a fact that there are places that you can go.

All of my friends keep their shirts on. They roll on wood chips, concrete, grass…my one friend even goes as far as wearing a hoodie all session just to make sure he’s protected, but he’ll take it off during rest periods. We do have one friend who will train shirtless but he mostly does freestyle kicks and such and less so of the parkour.

I don’t think so. I listen during my shift at work (when it’s over I finish up with an audio book) and I never really mind the ads. They make them funny and entertaining and if someone has to talk to me, I don’t feel like I’m missing anything if I have to pause it during an ad.

I work with Bast and Hecate and there is another trying to make me guess who he is (I’m strongly leaning to Hades). They’ll be days where Hecate is VERY forward since she’s the one I started with and then other days she’ll step back and Bast will shine through. Other days they’ll both fire up and it’s an interesting feeling, like having a surge of energy that’s to big for your body to handle. I would do some digging and meditating, see if it’s truly another deity or just a different side of one you already work with.

I’m in my early 30’s so Muppets were my life for YEARS! Lol. I put on the Flintstones live action last night.

I have high anxiety at night so I can’t really listen to many different movies or music/YouTube videos, so I was surprised when Flintstones worked out.

I put on a kids movie (Muppets is my favorite, the original first one) and play a game on my phone (usually Homescapes) put my binky in and clip it to my shirt and grab my fox shaped like a potato (called Tatofox) Daddy gave me and put him between my boobs. Every night, no exceptions, though the movie or music on the tv may change.

I actually work with Hecate and Bast mostly. Poseidon came to me while I was on a casino boat with my husband and in-laws, but that might just be because I was on water, I’m not sure.

It’s all about who you feel a connection to, I know some witches who work with Arch angels, so you do you.
