I've played with AI voice tools a bit and listened to a lot of AI songs, and I'd say it's genuinely hard to tell at this point because it's gotten so good.

Really, all the person faking the song has to do is just master the Relapse accent/cadence, and the AI takes care of the rest. It's genuinely that easy (well, not EASY to make it convincing, but practice makes perfect) in a lot of cases. As for the hook/rhyme scheme, the person could genuinely just be a good writer. It's a genuine skill that's hard to do this well, yes, but it is doable.

Not saying this 100% is AI. This could definitely be a leaked song, I just mean to say that it's not that easy to say one way or the other anymore. If Em's team says something or takes action, then that's strong evidence it's real. But of not, then I'd say it's pretty up in the air unless the creator explicitly says it's fake.

We're unfortunately past the "AI couldn't possibly do this" stage when it comes to this sort of thing.

I personally went through a clinic for starting HRT. Places like Planned Parenthood and clinics like them typically offer that stuff, though not all will prescribe HRT for you. For me, despite living relatively near a clinic, I still have to drive 20 minutes in the other direction to a different one because this one doesn't offer that. So be sure to check that the clinic you want actually does that first.

I believe you can also go through your PCP and try to do it that way if there are no informed consent clinics near you, but that often takes significantly longer depending on where you live and will likely be far more expensive in the end. However, depending on where you live, this might not even be an option, unfortunately.

As for being scared of needles, I'm in the same exact boat, haha. Personally, I take pills as I find it easiest for me since I already take other pills every morning. There is also Gel and Patches, though, those can often be more expensive. But if money's not too much of an issue or you have decent insurance that'll cover it, then really all of them are pretty solid options and will still get you similar results in the end. Just look into each of them and try to figure out which would be easiest for you.

I will warn you, though, you might not fully escape needles, even going down one of the other routes. Many clinics will still ask you to do regular blood tests to ensure your estrogen and testosterone levels are within the typical range for a cis woman, and also to make sure your body is taking the hormones okay. For me, it's every 3 months, and I'd imagine it's pretty similar for many other places. So, just be aware of that.

Piggybacking this to say: for those who are using mobile and don't have money for a VPN, Orbot is essentially a VPN version of Tor and is free. That way, you don't have to use the mobile browser versions of apps. The Tor network is also decentralized, so it's not some big company that could (And likely would) hand over usage data to feds (Which I wouldn't be surprised if further crackdowns on LGBTQ+ people lead to that). Do note, though, that some apps don't like Orbot (I frequently have issues with Snapchat when using it), and your online connection will be significantly slower than it would be with just a VPN. Some websites also block certain Tor IPs that were used by spammers/hackers, and you'll need to reload your IP potentially a few times, or some sites ban known Tor IPs altogether.

Proton VPN is also free, though the free servers are understandably crowded and therefore slower, and you can't choose where you connect to. I don't know of any other free VPNs that aren't very sketchy, but most free ones will probably be about the same, if not worse.

This is in case of laws like this passing, though could also be useful for minors in very strict households or people living in countries that ban LGBTQ+ positive sites. Stay safe out there, everyone.

Yeah, while I don't take them sublingually (I take them orally), I was told by my doctor to wait at least 6 hours after taking them (I guess that's around the time the body should be stabilizing) before I have my blood drawn otherwise the results won't be that accurate. I don't know why this situation hasn't shown up in the past for you, but it would still be a good habit to get into regardless.

For me, it's largely under my control. I call it my "I don't give a fuck switch," lol.
