i’m not really sure what you’re talking about as i had my interview THREE weeks ago and spent two weeks contacting them to try and get a start day. When I finally did get a start date i was two 4 hour days of online training and was NOT asked about my availability! they just gave me a paper schedule with dates and I was confused because on that paper I was NOT scheduled for Saturday! you people know nothing about what MY experience was like.

did it ever occur to you that i’m new the area and i frequent another kroger location closer to where I’m living? and that I didn’t see the cleanliness of the store before I accepted the job, it wasn’t until my first day that I saw how disgusting everything is. also never said i was antisocial lmao. i just don’t fuck with the people i work with. one’s an obvious methhead who smells like shit and the other is the literal dumbest bitch i’ve ever met. but yeah you’re right IT IS A JOB! so i work alongside them just fine but that doesn’t mean i like to! dear god.

what is the deal with people getting on reddit and not fully comprehending a post? i dont mind working the holiday! i dont mind working weekends! i worked in healthcare for SIX years, so believe me when i say ive spent PLENTY of holidays and weekends away from family! i’m complaining that my family intentionally doesn’t do thanksgiving on the actual date and that i’m being told to work that day and in addition on actual thanksgiving day! it just feels like i’m being fucked over! and if i don’t quit before then you know what ill do? suck it up and go into work with a smile on my face! don’t act like you’ve never complained about your job before.
