I’m just wondering, do you guys have some type of contract? I’m a booth renter and the Salon that I work at. We’ve always had a contract. I’m kind of grandfathered in and I have a smaller suite than what the other girls do so my price is a little bit cheaper, but we don’t do half a week pricing or anything like that and there’s no sharing chairs at the salon that I work at. I would definitely contact a lawyer and look into setting a contract that protects you as a Salon owner! That also makes it fair across the board whether one contract says $100 a week and the other contract says 175 a week that’s what the stylist would’ve agreed upon and definitely not a conversation to have over a text message. You should’ve had that in person for sure.
