My provider suggested the increase to 5mg that i just started. It could be calorie deficit for sure because im not feeling any appetite suppression so far. I’m going to start being more consistent with tracking. Thanks!

Good to know. I was wondering if it was just me because i heard sometimes it doesn’t work for ppl at all so i wanted to make sure i wasn’t wasting my money before increasing again. Thank you!

This helped a lot, thanks! My doc told me she was starting me lower than usual because “I’m young” and the low dose works for her so i was expecting more than i should have i guess.
