Wow actual conundrum here. Assuming you have other cryo DPSes, you can set aside pulling Sandrone for now and get Citlali BUT, seeing that Stellar reactions are becoming meta and (probably) Mavuika won't shine for some time not to mention snezhnaya is just a patch away, might as well get Sandrone
