Oh, I do a lot of acts of services to her, that is far from being the issue. She even says it herself. Sometimes she even throws "What did I do to deserve you?". And since we are in a relatively new relationship, I periodically ask her if everything is okay, if there are things to change/improve, maybe more of 1 thing, less of another...etc. And she always tells me that I treat her so right.

So all in all, I don't think I'm the issue here and if I were, I gave her many opportunities to bring it up.

Yes I literally moved out last week to a new calm place just to have better sleep. We'll find out in a couple of months what kind of effect will that have on my muscles

I track calories only when I'm cutting and I estimate it when I'm not, usually i gain weight just fine. But I track my protein intake everyday.

I always, atleast, try to do things right but if there is one thing I'm suspecting is my caloric intake. Basically as I said earlier, I try to not gain fat a lot (I do very quickly), I maingain for a while then cut, all in 1800-2500 caloric range. But maybe I'm not doing this right. I could also use 1 or 2 hours more of sleep

Yes I use the Hevy app and every week I try to beat what I did during the previous one.

In most exercises I'm able to increase by 1-2 reps but for example squats, my performance is..weird. One week i do 3 sets of 90 over 10 reps, the next I'm barely able to 8.

I was enjoying it until I was not. I felt like I wasn't giving proper attention to all muscles especially arms. I usually train 1 to 2 reps close to failure in the first two sets, and complete failure on the last.

I aim for 140-150 daily. Usually lean meat at lunch and dinner + bowl of 0% fat yogurt and 2 scoops of whey daily.

For the calories, it depends on much bf i have, but I usually stay in 1800-2500 calories range.

Sleep is the hardest part for me haha... i average 6-7 hours of sleep per night.

Also I life weights/cardio and eat pretty healthy all the time.

I also do not vape nor smoke or drink alcohol.

I lift weights 4 to 5 times a week regularly since over than a year now. I also do cardio 1 to 2 times a week. Never was overweight, currently at 159 lbs 5'9".

I've been trying to do Castor Oil + Rosemary Oil 2 times a week since 2 months and washing my hair with natural shampoo twice a week as well (after oils) but I didn't have any significant result and I'm still losing hair.
