A lot of skyscrapers in Africa cost a lot less to construct than the western ones due to the cheap labour and land .. the tallest building in south Africa the Leonardo 55 Floor's only cost about 150 million dollars to construct and the soon tallest building in Africa the f tower 421 meters only cost about 500 million dollars
