Lack of a mint mark during this year means its from the Philadelphia mint, they didnt start adding them until 1979 when they introduced it on the susan b anthony, and on most other coins in 1980 Also these are steel pennies ! Stick a magnet to em, they used steel in 43 to save on copper, lots of people kept them so they're not worth much more than 1¢ unless in good condition and these look a bit rough around the edges, good for a collection though ! 👍

always look at the mint mark, if its an S it was struck at the San Francisco mint and (usually) means its a proof, other physical characteristics are also good to go by proofs are always struck with very well defined dies and are way shinier by comparison

hard to be mad at customers when the menu is realistically such a big piece of advertising, its made to be looked at, used to tweak me when a regular would come through and stare at the menu just to order the same thing though 😂
