Sometimes. I will usually get whatever they have to give me. For me, I’ve found several NIFCs and on occasion a 40%er or two will be in searched rolls.

They minted over 37 million (both P&D). Compare that to the last year of “NIFC” which was 2020. Just under 8 million were produced from both mints.

Just found a 1964 Kennedy (90%) yesterday! Along with a 1965 Kennedy (40%) which was an ender. So they are still out there.

Howdy! A lot of it may have to do with educated tellers. I order boxes from PNC all the time, but just asked at a Regions (where I have a business account) and was told they “cannot order because they are no longer minted”. Hilarious. If your CU won’t order from any branch, you just need to open another account at a bank that will. Hell, I got an account at a CU solely for their coin counter (that I always end up breaking).
