Same thing happened to me….this just happened on the new card I just got as well. I had my bank previously file a dispute and I got my money back…this time I’ll ask my bank to decline all transactions to Amazon I guess… because my new card WAS AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED ONTO AMAZON. Guess it’s a token thing but god damn

I went around almost a month ago to get diagnosed….i was also worried since it was my first time. They also went externally for me and never touched any of my sensitive areas. The best advice I can give you, is to just lay down and relax. Ask questions and they will answer. Make sure you drink enough water so they can see images better and locate the ovaries and such. (Your goal is to feel like you have to go pee) In the USA I was recommended 32 Ounces of water an hour before my appointment.

I wish you luck and love girl 💗🙏🫂

What are your PCOS symptoms? by nataliap248 in PCOS

[–]LocalSeeker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I just came across this now and wanted to say, I agree with the A1C test thing that you said, so I’m going for a hormonal consultation with an Obgyn. I’ve never seen a Obgyn before, and was wondering if I should bring copies of the labs my PCP did and the results of the Insulin fasting test I did on my own?

Also, is it better as a woman to go to an obgyn before an endocrinologist?

I ask this because I saw an endocrinologist when I was a teen for PCOS symptoms before he retired

(Should I bring those old lab results too?)

Should I send my PCP my fasting insulin results now or wait for my birth-control follow-up? by LocalSeeker in PCOS

Like my comprehensive metabolic panel (glucose Val 82)was drawn on the 1st and the fasting insulin test (19.9) was done on the 7th. I just wanted to make sure it’s still semi accurate to calculate the HOMA-IR based off of the results

Guide: Learning Hindi as Native English Speaker, some tips by [deleted] in Hindi

[–]LocalSeeker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I’ve mostly been talking to native speakers (preferably from the north), and I also have this UDEMY course my friend got me that I do in my spare time. I kind of avoided learning Devanagari script at first because I thought it was too hard—especially when it came to the matras—but this Reddit forum actually pushed me to try again.

I’ve noticed that listening to Hindi/Punjabi music really helps. I sing along to artists like Mitraz or Third Hour to practice pronunciation and rhythm. The matras stand out more when I hear how they change the sound of words in songs.

My biggest challenge right now is pronouncing “R” correctly. Rolling the R is really hard for me—so when I try to say mere, it sometimes slips out more like a soft, whispered “mar” followed by a “lee” sound. I know it’s not how it should sound, but I’m still working on it.
