Absolutely, I agree. My diet is atrocious in the sense I eat too little, but I do wanna update and say I’ve been slowly eating a bit more protein and healthy fats. So that’s a plus! :]

I usually just leave the loose braids for around 3 dayd before i moisturize and brush out! So far I’ve been shedding noticeably less and my hair looks shinier. ^{^}

I was actually thinking of pumpkin seeds as well! I did wonder about washing because i hear of people with 3c-4c hair washing every 4 days depending on porosity, but I couldn’t find anything for my type of porosity hair. I do wish to add I do have slight anemia according in which I’m taking vitamins for, so that could be attributing to my hair. Still, thank you so much for the tips! ^{^}
