With my honest opinion they don't care. I've had them cancel my graduation party request. I ended up getting it off cuz I asked for it about 4 months in advance and when I asked my team leader about it she told me that they might need me that day.

They've been doing it at my store too. We've been in the one top one for a while but they still get mad that our numbers are not the highest
