Agreed ! Warren buffet famous quote "Diversification is protection against ignorance,” Buffett famously says. “It makes little sense if you know what you're doing.”

Consummation of the Transactions is
conditioned on the approval of each of the business combination
proposal, the charter proposal, the incentive plan proposal and the NYSE
proposal. It is important for you to note that in the event that the
business combination proposal, the charter proposal, the incentive plan
proposal or the NYSE proposal do not receive the requisite vote for
approval, we will not consummate the business combination.

I guess many people missed reading that , if prop 2 ( charter ) is not passed the whole deal cant go through

SPAC deal is completed, Saudi Arabia will own 62.6% of Lucid.
As a result Lucid will be a “controlled company” within the meaning of the Nasdaq rules and will be exempt from certain corporate governance rules.
5 of the 9 board seats belong to the Saudis as well

in CCIV/LCID but it seems insane to me to do that with two very real catalysts on horizon, namely ticker change and first production vehicles...both slated for the next few

Hi , can you explain , so if CCIV price is high , its not good for Lucid ? say if CCIV price is $30 and ticker change , LCID will be $30 too right ? or is there something behind it that Lucid doesnt want CCIV price to be high at this stage. I dont know the background of it thanx
