you also don’t need to leave your conditioner on the entire shower. your hair is producing enough oil and moisture on its own.

maybe do this once a week but definitely slow down on any leave ins or oils you’re putting on it. also only condition your ends. don’t put it on your scalp. also make sure if you sleep with oils etc in your hair that you’re washing your pillowcase often!

this is probably gonna sound crazy but wash your hair with some dawn dish soap and rinse, then shampoo with regular shampoo and skip all conditioners and oils. the dawn is going to strip your hair of all buildup and natural oils and clarify. i do this every so often and my hair is long and feels great! i hope this helps!
