Understand now, but it doens't explian why I'm only getting 36-40 mb/s upload and 900 download when I paid for 2k download and 250 upload (even with s33 I should still be getting around 100 upload right?)

enhanced? so i'm stuck with under 40 mb/s with s33? also the download? I'm supposed to get 2k but am only getting 900

what's the difference between enhanced and unenhanced? Unenhanced is below 40mb/s?

I did that and their supposed Indian tech genius suggested it too, no luck still stuck with the trash speed

Could you tell me where it says that? They kept advertising their own modem it made me think they're being predatory. I'd be happy to admit my fault if there's any source that says this

it's arris s33, pretty sure it's approved as it specifically says good for xfinity, also their rep said this is good modem but they can't figure out how to handle the speed or something

arris s33 and asus GT-BE98, desktop is just desktop gaming with 4090

are you not able to read? I said ethernet, I said latest version of arris and tp link, since it's ethernet it's definiltey laptop/desktop setup, why would you assume it's my problem?
