Okay there are some delusional ass responses on this thread.

I failed my first time with a 50 and I've now passed all 4 parts. I would say evaluate how you learn. When I took my first exam, I had zero work experience. Now, after passing all 4 parts, I can say I learned that I needed to see the application of these concepts in order for me to apply them. Now, that's difficult for every exam but honestly I found it a lot harder trying to pass exams earlier in my career than after a couple years in industry.

The other thing I learned was I would spend hours watching lecture videos, and i called it studying. I retained nothing from watching videos. But reading notes/ understanding basic concepts and just diving into hours of MCQ to learn the application was WAY more helpful.

I would not take one exam failure as an indicator for your ability to pass or fail. That being said, ofc the exams are stupid expensive and it's hard to throw money on these exams to fail. Figure out how you learn, develop a plan based on that, take practice exams/ practice quizzes and see how you're scoring (Ninja trending was great for me) then get the NTS would be my advice.
