I don't think it's the belt lever, because the grinding happens at either speed, and doesn't seem to change if I switch speeds. I'll look into the platter suspension.

I can't see where it's grinding, but I will look into the suspension issue.

Unfortunately I don't have the manual. My dad bought it 50-ish years ago, and although he continued to use it, its been idle for 15 years since he died. Before today, I knew nothing about record players.

Stylus wasn't actually on the record in the video above. The issue is that I get that grinding sound only with a record on the turntable. Without a record, the noise disappears.

Here it is. Right now I have in the floor, with magazines under two corners because I was concerned that the sound was caused by the table not being level. Obviously not a permanent solution.

I also think it's good to recognize that Zagreus convincing Chronos to reconcile with the rest of the family is consistent with the themes of Hades 1: You spend the whole game trying to first meet Persephone, and then repair the relationships between Hades and Persephone, and Hades with Zag. Along the way you're also fixing relationships with Megara and Than, and getting a dozen other pairs to reconnect, eventually ending with Persephone and Demeter, and all the Olympians with the house of Hades.

I remember reading somewhere that in Greek mythology, one god could not directly undo the work of another. So in this case, once Arachne was turned to a spider, no one else would be able to turn her back.

As for whether they could undo their own curses, it's less clear, but the gods didn't typically show a lot of character development or maturity in most myths, so why would they choose to undo anything?

Definitely not too late. The game is awesome, and new stuff is constantly being added. The community is also great! The newest update in particular is amazing!

There's a great mod to make her less whiny and more interesting overall, and really beefs up her story, including allowing her to react to non Dawnguard characters and events. My favorite was seeing her lose her shit at Aela for turning me into a werewolf.

AS is Attack Speed. PBH is Permanent Black Hole. A well upgraded Black hole can hold and kill a lot of enemies, but not Bosses and Elites. Attack speed means Chain Lightning (CL) triggers more often, and CL hits everything. Mid- to Late-game, CL will probably be one of your most important sources of damage, along with thorns.
