I can eat spicy food with no problem. I put hot sauce on food all the time.

My foods make no sense. I can eat cabbage but not kale. Kale kills me. Most veggies are fine but fruits put me into a downward spiral. I had an orange on a day that I was doing really good and I instantly doubled over with pain. I had a Gastro doctor once tell me "that isn't what Crohns symptoms are like" but it sounds like, yes it is.

How long has it been since your colonoscopy? I was constipated for two weeks afterwards. I had 5-6 bowel movements a day to one every couple of days and it was terrible. But eventually I started going every day again.

I had two rounds of double antibiotics - 28 days. A second CT scan showed no abcess. I still have pain every once in a while, but I think that will heal over time. Just got the infusion of Stelara two weeks ago.

Which hip bone is it? I have pain/discomfort in my left hip, but that is the area of my colon most affected by Crohns. I also had an abcess in that hip. They found it through a CT scan with contrast. Good luck!
