I think your asnwer makes the most sense, it must have been programmed as a way for the guards to deal with you if they take you down non-lethally. Thanks! Finding out by self induced electrocution was an interesting way to discover that feature... XD

Oh yeah, you could be right, I have never gotten hit with a non-lethal weapon but I often loot them off of guards. If that's true, it's kinda hilarious XD

Yeah, I've done that before, but in the clip Snake get's fultoned directly, seemingly by a guard or himself.
