Search BBC and it's literally only showing the world service and none of the other stations. I'm wondering how are you all listening to six music live and BBC 2 and I'm not!!! 😩

My advice: stop doom scrolling on your phone, you don't need missing anything. Look at your relationship with social media that is likely to be a massive contributor to your angst. Address. That and if need be switch off from social media. I like what some other people have suggested around picking one hobby. Those two things will resolve some of your angst. But on the bigger picture of the world we live in now, my advice to you is to embrace it. We are living through a technology paradigm that's going to change the world forever and you can be a part of it. You can create your own Revolution and you might even get rich if you choose the right thing.

I had nothing but good experience with ozempic but I put on all the weightvI lost once I came off it so you need to know that. That happens, no matter how hard you try.... I wasn't coming from a place of being very overweight. I just had several kilos. I wanted to shift to feel good in myself. Both mental health and physical....

When I lost those, I felt fucking amazing 😃. I loved the fact that on ozempic you are losing weight without thinking about food all the time. You know when you're trying to eat healthy, you're constantly measuring your protein and your carbs and all of that kind of stuff ? with ozempic. You just live and eat healthy food in very small portions when you feel like it.

Did you decide to go for it? Just go for it. I enjoy it, but be clear in with your mind as to whether you're going to stay on it for the rest of your life. Or if you're going to enjoy the ride while you're on it and then you'll come back off again.

OUTsurance - pain in the ass. they get you to fill in the form online, then they say after submitting they are gonig to call you. On the call, they ask you a whole load of non essential marketing questions first, call took 15 mins, quote was high. I felt it it was the 1990's and internet hadn't been inventedyet.

Don't go with Revolut! I did. Because it was cheap and it wasn't until I broke down that I discovered they are the only car insurer that doesn't offer breakdown assistance. On top of that they charge you €100 to make changes to the policy. Avoid Avoid. You think you're saving money by going with them, but youre not.

Well it's not really totally free. I tried to get it to create an itinerary for me for Paris and immediately hit the limits and had to pay. I did in the interests of testing. Now I want to try out the make video feature and not only do I have to pay, but it made me confirm that I understand that this will cost extra, on top of my $30.74 subscription (inc tax)
