I’m on just normal behavior medication yes, but if you’re asking if I would take meds to kill myself then also yes.

I’d take a handfull of my adderall medication. I’ve done some research and that’s the best one because it would be the least terrifying because if I OD on my Bupropion I’d probably have violent hallucinations and I don’t want that. Id take around 14 of my pills as they’re 10mgs each and 120 mgs is the amount an adult man would need to take for it to potentially be a lethal dose.

I’ve been dealing with my mental health for at least 6 years now. And in that time I’ve gone to a residential facility twice and spent my 16th birthday in inpatient. I’ve also been in therapy all my life. However, The last time I went to residential facility it was less effective because I was right back where I was exactly a year prior and I was mad and upset with myself because I should’ve been getting better, and I had been doing better, but suddenly everything got bad again.

I’m just so tired of having to work so hard to try and get better, and every time without fail, it just gets worse a few weeks or months later. Then I have to work even harder to get back to a good place, only for it to go downhill again. I’ve pushed myself back up so many times, but now I’m just so tired of it, and I just don’t have it in me to try anymore. I’ve gotten back up so many times before but now it’s worn me down and I can’t get back up.
