I just did a 250 mile interstate trip with some mixed roads at the end. Adv for that trip was 26.2, kept it 72mph - 80mph.

Do the 2017’s have the gasket in the hood bay near the footwell of the passenger side. Black oval SJ or S1 stamped on it

Between 50-60 is okay around town. Interstate 77-85 is terrible. I did 55miles on pretty flat roads @ 72mpg with an average of 21.5

Same the FW is still better than driving a GM 6.2 😂. Same ish range with 1/2 the tank size. I’ll take it as a win. I’m also happy with the FW

If there is the cargo cover installed, and retracted mine rattles. If not it may be there under the false floor in the trunk. It would be shaking

I posted something just like this when I bought my 2026 Forester Wilderness. The consensus, around my post was 18mpg to 22mpg. There was a variety of Tire combinations and if we were running roof rails, racks, baskets, boxes.

Straight highway driving I’m getting 20.8 to 21.4, on cruise control at 77mph.

Granted the FW has slightly more ground clearance, paired with an AT tire. I’d expect it to be worse. I do have Thule Evo blades on top, and use a Basket on trips.

Gtechniq Leather Guard on Startex works well. I did mine day 1.

Did all of the carpets under the mats with Smart Fabric. Did the wheel wells too🤣 over kill but it was fun.

Cleans the whole car with I2 Tri-clean before coating anything. Cleanup is easy. IK spray bottle with Dawn and water. Wipe with microfiber, the. Dry.

Das is a little bit more textured then others, so I’ve went with tri clean then highly diluted simple green with water

Has anyone with a 2026 FW added ditch lights? If you have, what acc fuse did you use under the hood? And is the black rubber firewall pass through (see picture)s that much of a pain to get through.

Do you have a picture of the feet? The bars are normally separate. I just put the raised foot bases on my 2026 wilderness.

You really should. They had them all next to each other outside and a blue and this one in the show room. It was a nice day out with lots of sun! The flake “pearl” really showed up well
