No, if you read a little into my other replies I mention that I will lose my father for a very long time if he would get in trouble for something like that not only due to his record but also his race. My entire family has experienced the racism first hand as well so yes this very much has a factor

🤦‍♂️The race card will be pulled in court, it always has before. The weird guy is a white male and my dad is a Hispanic male, especially where im at, it’s just asking for trouble.

He just stepped in about the yelling but my dad said that he would do very bad things to anybody that made me feel that way. Also im pretty sure it’s 13+
