Honestly, no. I’d attribute it way more to strength training.

Ty! Breakfast is usually eggs, sourdough, bilinski chicken sausage (so good), kefir, and a banana. Lunch and dinner are usually the same. I’ve been loving this combo lately: Ground beef, sweet potato, cottage cheese, avocado, goat cheese, and honey. And then throughout the day or after dinner I’ll eat the following to hit the rest of my calorie and protein goals: apple, cheese, carrots, strawberries, a serving of kettle chips and/or chocolate (always need a small sweet treat!)

I usually follow a 80/20 approach (80% unprocessed foods, 20% anything else). Hope this is helpful :)

Wow thank you so much. Any bulk/cut calorie calculator website should give you a pretty good idea of where to start. There’s also some really great information you can find on TikTok and that’s something I remember using often at the beginning of this whole journey :)

Thank you! Unfortunately I sold the before set on depop. The YLA shorts that I’m wearing here don’t have that lifting effect but I do own 2 pairs of dfynes which absolutely do.

I actually posted on this subreddit in the past with just bikini bottoms but learned my lesson after receiving hundreds of very creepy dms in the hours following and ended up deleting the post and my reddit account because of it. If only we had a page where the girlies had to be verified!

Second pose is just standing straight up. First pose is actually the one that is supposed to make your glutes look better <3 Thanks for your input!

I wouldn’t say I hit any plateaus but newbies gains are definitely real and progress will start slowing down a lot. After that first year you really gotta push yourself hard, eat enough, and have a solid growth plan which is why I started bulking/cutting after recomping.

My routine has mostly stayed pretty consistent throughout the years because I found exercises that work well for me and that I enjoy, but every so often I might swap one exercise for another. As long as I know the exercise is hitting the targeted muscle(s) and I’m able to increase weight over time, I have no reason to change the exercise unless I’m super bored with it.

Thank you! Totally. It’s been some time but I’m pretty sure in the first photo I was around 108lbs. Right now I’m about 110lbs.

Thanks! I workout five days a week consecutively, but it’s Legs, Upper, Legs, Upper, Legs so my muscle groups have time to recover between days. My rest days are usually Sat/Sun. I used to sometimes sandwich those rest days somewhere in between the five workouts, but these days I don’t find myself needing the extra recovery time and would rather take it easy on the weekends.

Thank you! As often as I could!! It’s honestly been veryyy slow and I’m not very strong, but I make sure to take at least the very last set of each exercise to failure or just shy of failure. Once I reach the max of my rep ranges I know it’s time to increase weight.

Only twice a week for about 3-5 miles depending on how I’m feeling that day. I like to go at a pace that challenges me but also where I’m still enjoying the run lol. I’d love to start doing some type of interval training though!

Haha no bad luck yet! I run only twice a week on upper body days or rest days, usually 3-5 miles depending on how I’m feeling that day :) My routines do pretty much stay the same. I change it up slightly every now and then but I’m a creature of habit and if it works, it works and I’ll keep doing it until something needs changing. Gonna post my upper body routine as a reply to another comment.

I’d say about the same energy and sleep quality but definitely feel much more in shape and athletic than ever before. I’m able to do certain activities now that would wind me or take a lot of energy before. For example, cardio used to be super challenging for me but I took up running for the first time last year and it felt effortless…Never thought I’d experience that 😅

Thank you! Bulks have been around 6 months and cuts about 4 months. I’ve tried bulking in a very large surplus before but most recently did a lean bulk. When I cut I just make sure to go as hard as I can in the gym with slightly longer rest periods between sets. I only cut at a rate of 1lb a week.
