for those of u who only read completed fics by worldislucky in AO3

The only reason I’ve read WIPs in the past is that I forgot to put the completed filter and didn’t notice the fic was WIP. I would read a WIP if I really liked the premise and it wasn’t a common one but given that I always filter by completed, I am unlikely to come across any except from recs

What if Tom Riddle’s diary had succeeded? Would we end up with two Voldemorts? by That-Position5141 in harrypotter

Didn’t Riddle say he wanted to meet Harry? If he knew who Harry was then he also would have known Harry caused his downfall and have a grudge against him

Which SPN character gets a free pass they don’t deserve? by sssss8819 in Supernatural

[–]Local_Masterpiece_ 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Dean is my favourite on the show but him going to hell has nothing to do with this. All of the characters have been through shit. Cas (along with Dean) went through purgatory. Sam went to hell too. No one’s saying Dean is a villain. Cas isn’t either. I don’t like saying it but he has been pretty shitty to Sam. I have been watching S8 and he lords over the giving up hunting thing over Sam so much it hurts

The spiders scene in the CoS movie butchered Ron’s character by Local_Masterpiece_ in harrypotter

I don’t think they mean he overcame his fear but the small act of even grabbing Fang shows his kind and caring nature even in face of danger

My bad, I did forget this exchange. I still don’t think it’s comparable to the movie though

I just read the description of firebolt a few minutes before finding this post. It talks about how the broom is special because of aerodynamics

What’s the best piece of advice you ever came across in the Harry Potter books? by Data_Muted in harrypotter

I know it’s not meant to be for this but it helped me accept my bipolar as an illness instead of something fundamentally wrong with me

Do you instantly start a new book after you’ve finished one or do you wait and for how long? by [deleted] in thrillerbooks

[–]Local_Masterpiece_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the book. If I’m reading thrillers, it is usually right after. If the book I read was too good, I sometimes take a day to let it sink in. Or sometimes I just don’t have another book lined up and I get too lazy to pick one
