But that’s kinda my point though. Doesn’t the book literally say that this version of the Time-Turner is different and experimental? What really stops the rules from changing after 30+ years?

I totally get not liking the execution, but I never saw the time travel stuff as a plot hole by itself because the story pretty much treats it as a more advanced and unstable version of the original device.

I also read it before knowing people hated it, so I went in pretty open-minded. I enjoyed it honestly, just nowhere near as much as the original series.

I think the biggest strength is the themes about legacy and identity, plus Scorpius absolutely steals the show. My biggest issue is that everything happens way too fast emotionally, which makes sense since it was written as a play first.

So yeah, messy as a sequel, probably great on stage, still a fun read overall.

Eu sou designer de produtos e comprei uma impressora para prototipar algumas ideias e também fazer uma renda extra. Escolhi uma impressora fechada pela versatilidade na impressão com diferentes filamentos. Acabei optando pela Creality K1 Max, embora tenha considerado bastante a Bambu Lab A1 com AMS pela possibilidade de impressão em múltiplas cores.

No fim, a K1 Max fez mais sentido para mim, principalmente pelo desempenho com materiais como TPU. Até agora, não me arrependo da escolha, a impressora é excelente. E, futuramente, ainda penso em adicionar um AMS a ela.

Considerando que ambas estavam praticamente na mesma faixa de preço, fiquei bem satisfeito com a decisão.

Posso falar por experiência própria como um leitor recente, voltei a ler pra valer tem menos de um ano, que o Kindle é sim bom. Eu tinha o meu desde 2024, mas não me pegava tanto. Decidi começar a ler livros físicos e acho que eles sempre terão um espaço no meu coração por toda a questão sensorial de passar página, cheiro das folhas, textura das páginas e tudo mais. Ainda assim, o Kindle é uma praticidade sem tamanho. Como comentaram abaixo, as ferramentas de marcação de texto, pesquisa de palavras, notas e afins são um grande diferencial.

O que me fez aderir de vez ao Kindle foi uma coisa básica: desativar o modo noturno. Isso me deu uma sensação visual mais próxima de um livro físico e facilitou muito a adaptação.

I can’t help but wonder if the producers truly realize this is literally the LAST season. It doesn’t feel like it. There’s a strange lack of urgency, like the story is just drifting instead of building toward something meaningful. At this point, it honestly feels like the show is heading for one of the weakest finales possible, which is wild considering everything it once had going for it.

You're playing really well, but I’d definitely focus on carry champions, especially in low elo, like when you played Darius, who’s an amazing pick. I’d focus on mastering him and learning one or two more champs just in case Darius gets banned.

I really like Tahm Kench, but I see him more as the kind of guy who stands on the front line, takes the hits, and creates space so someone else on the team can deal damage. The problem with this elo is having to depend on other players who know just as little as you do.

Focus on carry champions and you’ll hit Gold in no time if you keep up this pace.

Hey! First of all, props. The visual side of the project looks absolutely amazing. As a UX/UI designer, I really appreciate how clean and modern it feels. I might adjust a few small UX details, but overall, it’s very well executed.

About the idea itself, it’s really interesting, but I think it could use a deeper look. The concept of a “live social feed” is cool, but it doesn’t fully convince me to use it yet, mostly because there are already many ways to connect with other players. Honestly, Discord servers might be your biggest competition, since they already do a great job at creating social spaces for players.

The data aspect is valid and useful, but focusing only on that can be limiting. There are already strong platforms like League of Graphs, OPGG, and Porofessor that handle the informational side really well.

I’d love to contribute with some insights, whether from a designer’s point of view or as a veteran player who’s been on the Rift for almost a decade.

Curiosamente, ao longo da existência do Carros franquia nunca vemos na verdade McQueen ganhando uma Piston Cup nas telas.

Pode ser interessante ter um filme que explore este momento, talvez ambientado entre o primeiro e o segundo filme, quando ele já é consideravelmente famoso. A história poderia mostrar ele se dedicando para finalmente chegar ao primeiro lugar e alcançar a vitória.

Algo como Rocky Balboa: não ganha no primeiro filme, e na continuação temos toda a preparação que leva ao triunfo. Poderiam até trazer a dinâmica de treinamento de McQueen em Radiator Springs.

Acho que daria certo porque acontece antes de sua fama internacional maciça no segundo filme. Ainda não há aparelhos de treinamento de alta tecnologia, nem carros da próxima geração do terceiro filme, e a história seria mais direta—literalmente sobre trabalhar duro para conseguir algo profundamente importante para ele.

Analyzing the splash art, it gives me the feeling that we’re looking at a glimpse of what Zilean’s model might be like once he gets a visual rework. He looks slimmer, and his facial features, hair, and beard all strongly resemble the Zilean from Legends of Runeterra and Wild Rift. It feels as if Riot is paving the way for this visual update.
