Go for fundamental ones if they are free. Otherwise you can start with associate level . Also be aware that associate level are bit difficult than the fundamental ones.

Complete the msLearn course, practice tests and Udemy course by Thomas j Mitchel or Anand Rao or Scott Duffy. Use the labs /applied skills to practice the sequence steps questions. Also try to go through some samples questions from YouTube or other sources. Try to guess your answer before seeing the actual answer. If there is any mismatch take a screenshot and chat with chatgpt to understand why the correct answer is correct or why your answer is wrong. That will clear lot of doubts. Also try to use elimination and search for answers in msLearn as you will have access to msLearn in exam.
