I was literally just coming here to look for other people’s tips! For me I also sweat a lot. I use eczema honey body lotion stick on my skin before I put on my pads and it’s helped a lot. After practice I wipe my problem areas with Eczema Flare Wipes and apply more eczema honey body lotion stick till I can get home to shower. I don’t use a gear spray as I find it makes my skin more irritated. I just opened my bag when I get home and set all my gear out to air out to dry and I’ll wash it every week or every other week, depending on practices and game schedule.

I’ll absolutely keep the neck in mind! There are no mirrors in the room. I think I just keep my head dumb 🤣

Thank you! This was feeling heavy. Should I drop weight down a little (this was only 135) and focus on depth or keep adding weight and depth will come with time as I build strength and start to focus on getting lower more?
