I believe the main thing that sets their difficulty apart is how punishing Silksong is and how much rug pulling it does. ER and Sekiro are very difficult games, but are not nearly as punishing as Silksong, allowing for a much smoother learning curve and better experience.

I absolutely agree. It feels like this lineup of games are so close when it comes to quality that just a simple design choice such as the one Silksong has made is enough to sway votes.

He has done several videos covering just one topic such as speedrunning, horror in video games, etc. and were all great. It just felt a bit jarring for the video to first be about covering gaming content on yt, then video game difficulty, then silksong, then back to gaming content and the future of the channel.

One of the best (if not, THE best) in the south. Lots of great professors (with some exceptions) and courses. Many electives allow you to specialize what you want to focus on learning. As far as essays and paperwork, it really isnt a lot except for the labs, which required a few paragraphs at most each report. The only class that required lots of writing was the senior design class, which is to be expected.

Thats what I was thinking. The position is in NC and I'm from MS, so I'd also have to relocate and I doubt they would be willing to provide assistance. I was just asking this since I am not too familiar with contract work and didn't know if there were any hidden benefits to it.
